Just had surgery and everything is going great and healing fine. Unfortunately I have had a set back of one of the three repairs!!!... Seems to have the same reason I came to the doctor in the first place back!!!... I'm going to get my routine checkup this coming Wednesday and most definitely going to question why I went to have a bulge fixed on my lower left side and it's back in two short weeks ?

Walking in and the medical assistant and seeing the doctor were all just fine. However the doctor wanted some labs done, and asked me to wait for the results. After an hour and a half, when I could have been home resting and hydrating like the doctor told me to, I get a phone call from the clinic with my lab results. I told them I was still in the lobby and the nurse on the line was very rude and said she had come out and called my name three times- when 1. I had been listening and didn't hear and 2. Am very sick and a little out of it! If the results could have just been phoned to me I would have preferred to leave and the nurse on the phone was so short with me, I was very upset about it.

We just moved and my daughter got sick. I didn't feel like driving 35 minutes to her pediatrician and we were too late to get a same day appointment. I looked online for an urgent care. This was the second one we tried and the first draw was the online scheduling. If you wake up at 2am knowing something is wrong, you can schedule an appt online so that you can sleep in a bit and just walk right in. EVERY doctor there has been great. You can also schedule 2 people per room so if you have 2 sick kids or you and a sick kid or spouse. They allow time for 2 patients, but it saves time and resources for the doctors. I've always walked out confident that I was properly treated. They have a lab and limited radiology and they also have Primary doctors in the same building. I ended up finding a walk in care that I love as well as a primary doctor.

I’m not a fan. Went in for my first OBGYN appointment and was told my baby father can not attend the appointment with me due to COVID ? like what an experience. Like what’s the difference from me talking my child to the doctor (it’s still 2 people in the room),
or taking an client to assist with appointment (it’s still 2 people in the room)!!! So I what have to do all my pregnancy appointments alone O WOW!!! Then after getting called to the back I was inform this is not a OBGYN appointment but just a regular doctor appointment. Talking about insurance fraud, I specifically asked for a OBGYN because I’m 8 weeks pregnant and need a OBGYN when setting appointment!!! Waste of time.

I rarely go to the doctor and I've been here once before long ago. It took me 45 minutes to see Dr. Keller. He spent about 60 seconds tops with me and had me out the door. The nurse that came in before him spent more time with me than he did! Did not check any vitals, my nose, ears, throat or breathing. I was looking something both for my sinusitis and conjunctivitis and all I got were eye drops.

Should have went to ProHealthCare where I never had a problem and in the future: that is where I am going!

I've been a patient at Auoura for over ten year and now I have a child and when our primary doctor is close we go to this location. I would recommend going to an emergency room instead. Once with me and twice with my daughter they rushed us in and out saying nothing is wrong. When all three times were something that ended becoming something worst and could have been prevented. This time it was severe. This past week I brought my daughter because there was an outbreak at her daycare. I had brought her in two days in a row because of the outbreak and the symptoms she had. And without a test of anything they assumed my baby had an infection (that had nothing to do with the outbreak) and subscribed her meds. She is 1 and a half. No meds should be subscribed without a test especially to an infant. The very next day the symptoms got even worst and I took my baby to Children Emergency Care and sure enough she had all along what I had expected. The staff is very rude and always in a rush, just seem to want to get you in and out not showing any care or compassion for the people that come in. This is an inconvenient to me because 3 times in one week I had to get my child seen.

I went to the walk-in clinic on a Thursday back in August and saw Dr. Keller. Won't go into details but told him I "needed help" as my son was getting married on Saturday. Said go home and let it run its course. Back again on Friday & briefly "saw" Dr. Keller again. Couldn't keep food/liquids in & said I felt I was getting dehydrated...told me as long as I drank some it wouldn't be a problem. WRONG. Saturday a.m. I was back feeling horrible. Another dr. gave me a prescription but it was "too late". Literally struggled through the wedding ceremony but missed first 5 hrs. of reception - at Mequon hospital getting IV's and testing done! He never really paid attention to my symptoms or what I told him. Believe it or not, when I returned (I think it was after about a week) for a follow-up with my regular doctor (this one was a good visit)I was told he had written down that I was complaining of a headache...not even close!

Get the runaround every time we interact with this facility. Can never get in to see our primary doctor, so my daughter and I have to see someone different every time. The charting system (Epic) is poorly utilized...two thirds the information under my name is incorrect and no one is willing to change it. This has resulted in poor medication management, even when I've tried to explain that the information is incorrect. It's almost as if they're saying "No, ma'am, you must be mistaken. Surely if it's in our system it is the right information. Maybe you just don't know your own medical history."

Most recently, however, my daughter has been misdiagnosed four times in the past ten months over the same symptoms. She has been sent to several specialists, all of whom order expensive diagnostics and procedures with no results. The latest of these, an upper and lower GI, were scheduled but they didn't tell her where to go or a phone number to call about it. She tried to get a hold of someone, anyone, but was transferred at least six times and no one could give her the correct information.

The amount of money we've paid just in her bills alone is astronomical. My husband has had the same treatment from Aurora, albeit at a different site, and refuses to even be seen by a doctor any more. I have to say that I agree with him. With all the passing from doctor to doctor, one doctor doesn't want to refill blood pressure medication because another doctor prescribed it, etc, etc, I feel that we are being completely neglected.

Aurora is completely disjointed and wastes time, resources and money. Maybe they're just playing dumb to keep cycling people around the system to generate more income.

Not very advanced.
