Alex did a wonderful job explaining what we needed for my son, a beginner violinist. We rented a beautiful violin, where eventually, we can own the violin if my son continues his interest. Very affordable. I appreciated the information provided.

I got a piano today, so this review may change when the piano arrives and then gets tuned a few weeks later. Got a used kawai upright. Alex was a great salesman, nice guy, and he didn’t hover like some other places I looked. If I had the space and money for a grand, I’d definitely check out fort bend music center first. Had a diverse range of uprights, grands, and used pianos.

My experience with Fort Bend Music Center was absolutely phenomenal. I walked in to look at a piano to purchase, and Will V. was a superstar. Not only was he super knowledgeable, but he also was able to hook me up with a piano that I didn't even realize was on the market. He was able to answer all of my questions so professionally, he's so personable, and I can tell he really knows his stuff. The actual purchase and delivery went just as smoothly, and I was able to get my new piano to me in only five days (including weekends)! The delivery was easy, the folks were communicative, and they arrived when they said they would. I can't recommend this business enough if you're interested in purchasing one of their instruments!

Fantastic experience with the sales staff at Fort Bend Music Center. I worked with Mark Dvorak over the course of several years and he was always warm, kind, and very knowledgable about the pianos. I ended up with a Seiler SE 208, which is an extraordinary German-made piano. For several years, I had my mind set on either a Shigeru Kawai or a Schimmel, but after hearing this piano one time, I knew it was the greatest piano I'd ever touched. Other pianos I played were either too bright/clear or too dark/muddy for my taste. This Seiler has the absolute perfect combination of clarity and warmth and is truly just an astounding work of art and craftsmanship. The clarity allows pieces such as a Bach fugue or a Mozart sonata to shine while at the same time the warmth lends itself perfectly to the dreamy atmosphere of a Chopin nocturne or a Schubert impromptu. If you're in the market for a piano, you MUST visit this store.
