We checked in and had dinner prior to the Suns game, and I must say, I was impressed with their beer selection and menu. Their entrees and apps we bold and flavorful. The waitresses were beautiful, attentive, and friendly. Local live music was in occurrence, and the entirety of our experience was enjoyable and memorable.

Had the espresso martini to start off the night and the taste was good, a tad bitter but let me tell ya it did the job! Gave me a nice energetic buzz that carried me through the night beautifully! Also had the pepperoni pizza that had honey on it and that was very good, recommend that for sure. The waitress was excellent even though she was super busy, got our bill squared up quickly so we could make the comedy show next door at Stand Up Live so overall great food, great drinks and fun vibe! Definitely recommend

Copper Blues is an absolute gem in Phoenix! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for a night out. The live music is always top-notch, creating an ambiance that's both lively and fun.

The bar is massive, and the drink selection is impressive. If you're a fan of mezcal, you have to try their cocktails – they’re not only delicious but also adorable. The outdoor-indoor patio is a dream, especially with the misting system that makes it so refreshing even on the hottest days.

Service here is fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff who make sure you have everything you need. Whether you’re there for the music, the drinks, or just to relax on the patio, Copper Blues is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Loved the food and atmosphere, but singing karaoke with a live band was def the topper. They made just about everyone sound great. The lead singer was especially helpful as she would count you in, and help you if you had trouble finding the pitch or remembering the notes. Much better than listening to regular karaoke.

Hangin' out with Fam at Copper Blues. Diggin' the atmosphere. The Band was on and poppin' (sorry I don't recall their name). Service was great and drinks were flowing!?

We were so excited to try Copper Blues on our visit to Phoenix based on the reviews. However the service was so poor we will never be back. After making a reservation we waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table to greet us and get our drink order. After we ordered our food we waited another 50 minutes for our food. We repeatedly asked for napkins/utensils from multiple employees and nobody seemed to want to help. The nachos were soggy and the chicken on them was cold. Very disappointing!

Tried this restaurant/ bar before my show at stand up live, it was pretty decent food, I had the short rib birria pizza and it was a good size, enough for 2 and the flavors were really good, the drink size was average for a typical drink, and the live music while eating was nice.

Great music. We made reservations, and they tried to sit us at a shuffle board table, and you couldn't get your knees under it. They moved us to a cramped area. So make sure you request a table you can sit under. The server was awesome, Madison. Very friendly and checked on us all the time. The drinks were good, the food was great. The chicken wings were crisp and good size. They had a special sandwich that was packed full of flavor. They only validate parking for 3 hours. Keep this in mind when enjoying the music. The band, Crown King, was awesome. Great music and a variety. Enjoyed the evening and lay out of the place. Be careful going in and out of the women's bathroom. The hallway to the stalls is small, and the door opens on both sides and hits you while you are walking to and from the stall. They need to have a better design. Several days at the bar near the band.
