Die Bedienung war sehr gestresst und übersprang quasi Zutaten oder fragte nicht danach obwohl ich sie wollte. Die Musik war dort sehr laut. Die Tische leider dreckig.

Wow felt like I just been robbed , came home and open up my chicken bowel and there was more rice and a little bit of chicken. Disappointing won’t go back .

I have been going to this chipotle since it opened. They have had periods of good and bad food and service, but currently it feels like they just don’t care too much. I’m here a lot so I know that the staff is constantly changing and the food is never consistent! I feel like one day, it can taste completely different than the next. I wish it was more consistent, but I started going to a different chipotle in the area to not waste my time.

Really inconsistent portions. And this isn't the first time. Both my husband and I ordered online the veggie bowl and it's only filled halfway. Last time was even worse. Not to mention the guacamole isn't very fresh. I would not recommend this place. The service has gone down since the pandemic and has never recovered. And for the amount that we're paying, I think we're better off going someplace else.

Poor customer service. So bad employee is confrontational to customer. Waited several minutes to pick up order and no one working the counter. None of the employees working in the back that saw me offered to help. Once I stepped around corner to get help, that is when I was verbally attacked by an employee and continue as a walked out.

I came in around 8:30 pm on a Saturday, fairly quiet 1 person ahead of me and 2 people dining. The person assisting me "flew" through preparing my order, why do they get a spoonful of guacamole then tap half off the spoon back in to the pan? A chicken bowl, black beans, brown rice guacamole and a small drink...$14.99. That's a lot for mostly rice and lettuce.

First time I went to Chipotle was approximately 5 years ago and didn't care for it. A friend saw a commercial and decided he wanted to eat here. The wait wasn't bad but they got my friend's order wrong. I heard what he said but the preparer put whatever he thought he heard, in the bowl. My friend did not like what he got and didn't finish his food. I thought mine was just a mess of food that all tastes the same. It was just plopped in a pile. The drink station was an absolute mess! I had to clean our table before putting our food down and it wasn't even busy, there were only two other tables being occupied. The music was way too LOUD and we could barely hear each other and had to repeat ourselves too often. I won't be returning to any of their stores. It's too expensive for this kind of experience.

I like this place and usually no issues but Sunday night March 19th I found a screw in my burrito bowl ..very disappointed
