My experience. I have been coming here for years for a couple of my children’s instruments and should have learned from before. Have never had a good experience really. Today was the final straw. After the owner insults me and my child in front of several customers by blaming us for the the instrument that has not been repaired properly. Instead of any kind of customer service and apologies he acts like he’s doing us a favor. Refused to refund the broken instrument he sold me.
I would recommend you go anywhere else for your music needs. I honestly don’t expect much from a music store and this place really is the bottom.

Awesome people awesome store I got a whole bass guitar setup everything was evaluated for me and very friendly highly recommend this place a guy named Jacob helped me out and he really went over everything with me and helped me out it went a long way for me will definitely be coming back for more stuff!

Yucaipa Music is an awesome music store! Owner Glen is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to take the time to address any questions you may have. His inventory is extensive with a range of pricing equal to or less than Amazon. I recently took up playing guitar and have already learned so much just by visiting the store and speaking with the staff. I also had some repairs done to a guitar I had and the work was affordable and so professionally done. All the staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and go out of their way to assist. Located on California, Uptown, I go there for all my music needs and highly recommended them!

Love this shop! The staff are always kind and helpful. They even went out of their way to stock strings that I use regularly so that they are there when I need them. The owner Glenn is very accommodating, is always professional, and looking out for the interests of the customers!

Probably the best music store I've been to, had everything I needed and more. Theyre completely reasonable with pricing and the staff is really nice. I'm also aware the repair service is really good so if you need your instrument or gear fixed or set up then this is the right place to come to. Had more gear for my instruments that I actually needed than any other guitar store. If you're stopping by yucaipa and you're a musician please stop by.
