I'm a returning customer. I got my first piano many years ago but I gave it away when I had to move. The other day, I thought of getting a digital piano and start learning and playing again. The first place I checked out was Kraft Music. Their prices were very competitive and I placed a piano in my cart. I wasn't too sure about the bundle options, so I left it there to sleep on it. The following day, I get an email from Tory. He mentioned the piano in my cart and that he can create a custom bundle for me if I'm still interested. After a few emails, we sealed the deal and I'm a happy customer! Excellent customer service!

Kraft Music was excellent!! I called in one day as I wanted to order a keyboard but wasn’t sure if the one I picked out was the best choice. The representative I spoke with had many years of experience with pianos and answered all of my questions with his expertise. Love that it’s a family owned company. My package deal was delivered to my door in less than 3 days. It was also very comforting having shipping coverage if there was any damage to my package (which there was not!) I would definitely recommend Kraft Music.

I recently purchased a Kawai KDP120 digital piano on-line from Kraft Music. I am unable to comment on their support staff since the on-line purchase was clear, simple, and worked flawlessly!

The unit was delivered when promised and in perfect condition. The FedEx delivery guy even used his electric dolly to transport the (heavy) boxed unit across our courtyard which went beyond the stated delivery requirement.

Installation instructions (even a YouTube video!) were well documented and the unit easy to assemble (a two person job lifting the top piece).

Overall, a great purchasing experience and if I ever decide to upgrade or take up the guitar or drums, I'll look to Kraft Music for my purchase!

Kraft Music: First of all, the Customer Service Rep, Jake, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I ordered. He spent a great deal of time on the phone with me and answered every question I had about the product. I could have purchased the Roland piano anywhere. However, Jake from Kraft Music was the only sales person who spent the time to make me feel comfortable about buying the product from this company. If I need something in the future, I will certainly return to Kraft Music. Thank you for an easy and pleasurable buying experience.

I recently bought a Roland console piano from Kraft music. Everything about the experience from the price (much less than elsewhere) to the personalized intro letter with a contact for any issues that might arise as well as assembly videos has been outstanding. I had a minor issue that was immediately resolved above and beyond. Thanks, David, for providing such great customer service.

I purchased from Kraft Music a Nord Grand keyboard. The purchasing experience couldn't have been smoother. My sales agennt, Tory, was excellent. He offered me a competitive price on the keyboard. When a small manufacturer's defect was found with the keyboard, the issue was quickly resolved. I'm entirely happy with my purchase, and recommend Kraft Music to anyone. Photo of my setup is attached.
