I’ve never bought a car from a dealership before so I was nervous but they helped out really well. They made sure to explain everything and make me have the best experience possible. I was afraid of getting ripped off since I was alone and never done this before but I left feeling I made a good deal. I found a beautiful red 2012 Fiat 5000 here with low mileage -- and not one scratch on it!!
Israel was awesome with my husband and I.
Normally I don't like shopping for cars, but this was a pleasant experience; and nearly effortless.
I'm a nervous person and Israel was pleasant to do business with.
I'm totally loving the car!
Everything works fine and it runs beautifully.
The car was super clean too. (Trust me, I've shopped at other places and cars stunk of smoke!)
I think I'm on my third or fourth week with the car now and I couldn't be happier.

i recently bought a 2016 Mercedes E400 coupe here. Izzie and other crew were friendly and helpful. the car was reasonably priced and in decent shape. their dealer (doc) fee was reasonable too. i would recommend this dealership to friends.

M Auto Group sold me a Land Rover LR4 . Friendly when I was buying, disappeared the moment we left! The car was a disaster. Broke down 3 times in first month. I bought a 3,000 dollar extended warranty that they told me was bumper to bumper. That was a flat out lie. Every time I brought it in they came up with a reason that particular reason was NOT covered. BUYER BEWARE. A guy named Israel was my salesman and had been rude and slow to respond anytime I had issues. I would definitely be careful before purchasing a car there. I had to get rid of it two months after buying it

When it comes to doing business, to me, transparency is everything. I've been around the block and patronized a couple of dealerships over the years. During the initial process, I picked the car that was advertised on the Face Book marketplace. Prior to going in, the sales person I spoke with was Israel who told me their prices are pretty much solid on their vehicles, but there are no dealer fees. With that said, I told him to proceed with the credit check, although I was already pre-approved through my preferred bank. When I went to get the car, the application was already done with fees added in there. Now, I expect to pay taxes and motor vehicle fees, but they had a "doc" fee of $699(DEALER FEE), which they tried to justify as it's a fee for "processing", in other words, BS. I'm all for supporting other businesses, but the process must be transparent from start to finish. The rep finalizing the sale also suggested that I made my deposit to his Zelle account, which I immediately declined. And although there are no postings in their establishment, he added a 4% fee to my card payment. They also had no sense of urgency to get my plates from my local dmv office, by the time I got it, the time for the 10-day inspection sticker had already lapsed. I will reach out to the department of Consumer Affairs about those fees that weren't mentioned at the beginning and take it from there. If anyone decides to buy a car there, DO NOT let them run your credit before you're actually at the facility and be sure to read everything line by line, especially the fee schedule. I'll write an update after hearing back from consumer affairs. I will also reach out to the BBB.

Fantastic experience. Bishoy was Professional and honest. I bought an Escalade unseen was delivered to my house (fee). All paperwork was done before car was dropped and signed for. Excellent customer service and ease of sale was perfect. Car was delivered as expected in great shape and cleaned. Highly recommend them!

The gentleman I spoke to originally his name was Jim and then when I arrive at the place a guy named Bishoy, helped me with all the paperwork. All the gentleman that work at this location are very nice 👍 their prices are reasonable, but the great thing is at all of their cars and trucks are immaculate. If you need a vehicle please go to this location and see them you could say Dorothy sent you. They ended up having a vehicle that I've been searching for for a long time and I as a gift for my husband for Christmas but, shhhh it's a secret, he doesn't know about it I'm going to put a big red bow on it and park it in the driveway on Christmas Day. For now I have it hidden down the street at a friend's 🏠😂

Please beware if considering buying a car from this place! I came here in February to purchase a used car for my son’s 21st birthday. A 2009 Honda Accord with very low miles. The car seemed to be fine and the rep Paul assured me that the car was safe and in good condition. Less than two weeks of having the car the engine completely blew and they refused to take the car back. When I originally called Paul to explain to him what was going on, I was told from him that
“no, that can’t be the problem” then followed by “well cars are maintenance”. After some back and forth they agreed to paying for only half the cost to fix the engine only for it to blow yet again, second time the cost was completely on me! The problems with this vehicle are on going and seem to be never ending.This car has been in the shop more than it’s been driven. Purchasing here was truly one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!
