Not a fan of this as the online price doesn’t match in store. Found a book that was cheaper than Amazon, but once I went in it was 30% more. Best to place an order online and have it shipped to you for free versus driving to the store just to pay more.

Take care!!! Stupid manager and assistant manager. Me and my family was buying a Guitar for our boys and they took of us telling a teacher that work there had asked to hold that and it was not anymore available for us. Very disappointed!!! Take care!!!

I had to buy a Clarinet Lyre for Band Camp later this week. The Clarinet Lyres they sell do NOT fit clarinets. Even if you unscrew it all the way, their lyres do NOT fit properly. This has been a constant issue with this store.

I was not impressed with this location. The manager on the phone sounded friendly, but was slightly strange and rude in person. They were very disorganized and their computer system constantly would not be working. The bathroom was out of order all the time. when you walk in there is a horrible smell with a dingy feel to it. The rest of the staff was nice but poorly managed. I think this franchise is only looking to make money and not have personal relationships with their customers who come in for lessons. I would steer away from music and arts, because I’ve had similar experience when I lived in Connecticut as well. find yourself a local place that offers lessons on a personal level.

Terrible, terrible service through the years. I have my daughter's instrument rented with them, did the same for my son a couple of weeks ago and 2 weeks have passed and he still has no instrument. His teacher hasn't been easy on that, and the only thing they tell me after waiting almost 30 minutes on the phone for someone to pick up (third day trying to call), is that I have to wait (!!!!!). There is no communication, nothing. They don't update, they don't send anything. If you have nothing to do and are lucky enough for someone to pick up, you MIGHT stand a chance. Just cancelled because I don't want anything to do with them again.
