家族へのお土産を探して入店。質もデザインも良い靴下をこちらで見つけて買いました。ほかのショップでも靴下はありましたが、いかにも観光地のお土産用の品という感じでしたので、見つけたときはとても嬉しかったです。履き心地が良く温かいと家族にも好評です。

I’m sorry that I have to do this, but when I went to the shop to ask if a beginner can climb Mount Fuji in one day to the owner of the shop he said to be impossible in a very rude manner and I was not very pleased by that response and I wanted to prove him wrong so I did. If you look at the picture I have posted it shows that I have arrived at the top at 11:57 am and I started climbing at around 8:07. So please next time don’t tell someone that they cannot or it’s impossible Mr owner.

Rented Mt Fuji Climbing Gear set from their website a month in advance from overseas and collected the equipment today below climbing Mt Fuji tomorrow. In their Japanese website you can choose the brand/model of each of the equipment (English website only preset set). The rental price is high but reasonable as the gears are of top the brands like north face, Mont Bell etc. You can try on the equipment like shoes and jacket when you collect the gear.

The bicycles (mamachari) are in good condition and they are easy to ride. We bought a secondhand down jacket at an affordable price. The staff was very kind and helpful. She recommended us a very scenic cycling route and even gave us a map of Kawaguchiko. Total distance was about 20km. I highly recommend travellers to this shop.

Really great shop so close to the station,we hired bikes and the lady was so polite,helpful and informative ,we cycled easily to chureito Pagoda early in the morning ,then did a lovely lap of Kawaguchi lake,it really is easy and the best way to see and enjoy ,thank you 🙏

We rented our bikes here for 1,500 yen a day and we are happy with our experience. The brakes are a bit weak but it’s not serious problem since most of the cycle route is flat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. He gave us useful tips like the must-see places and not so crowded parks. They also offee second-hand outdoor gears and wears. We were able to snag a very good quality second-hand shades. The shop is also very close to Kawaguchi-stn. We can highly-recommend this bicycle rental shop.

Went for some equipment for Fuji climb
Staff is pretty polite and does speak some English however they do not seem to have a lot of knowledge on how to choose equipment - or at least do not take the time to share it
The equipment is of decent quality but I found a bit cheeky to make you pay for batteries for a rental headlamp 👀
They do sell second hand shoes at the front that are sometimes barely more expensive then renting them.
Overall good service, just a bit disappointed by the lack of assistance and the batteries issue.
